Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst at CSL Behring, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Reporting to the Product Owner for the Plasma Donor & Marketing Customer Relationship Platform, you will collaborate closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement Salesforce and Mulesoft features that enhance plasma donor engagement and marketing efforts. What You'll Do: - You will gather and analyze business requirements from internal customers to ensure clear understanding and alignment. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design Salesforce and Mulesoft solutions that meet business objectives. - You will document functional specifications and user stories to guide development and testing. - You will support the implementation and configuration of Salesforce platform features and integrations. - You will conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate feedback sessions to ensure quality deliverables. - You will provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize platform adoption. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions. - You will maintain strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce platform implementations. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Mulesoft integration. - Proven experience in gathering and documenting complex business requirements. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification. - Experience in the healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry. - Knowledge of plasma donor management systems. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools integrated with Salesforce.
