Job Description: Job Summary: CSI is seeking a Customer Technical Support to provide hands-on technical support for both internal and external customers. This role involves staging, installing, and troubleshooting CSI hardware and software products ensuring, seamless customer experience and reliable system performance. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage support requests via CRM. Respond to customer support calls and prioritize tasks based on issue severity. Research, test, and document issues requiring development escalation. Troubleshoot moderately complex issues across servers, databases, and applications. Serve as an escalation point for junior technical support staff. Build and configure servers, install CSI products, and manage hardware/software deployments. Handle equipment orders, database setup, security implementation, and shipping logistics. Participate in disaster recovery testing as needed. Mentor and train other technical support specialists. Perform additional duties as assigned. Outcomes & Impact: Timely resolution of customer technical issues. Delivery of a positive and professional customer experience. Ensure customer access and satisfaction with CSI products. Accurate and efficient handling of support requests. Qualifications: Education: Technical training or equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant technical support role.
