Job Description: Summary: Customer Service Representatives ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. They are the first point of customer contact for general inquiries. They build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty. Shift: Monday through Friday 11am - 8pm CST. Responsibilities: Builds and maintains relationships with customers. Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner; escalates issues of a complex nature. Demonstrates basic knowledge of application functionality. Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customers issues and concerns. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Technical education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school. Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in deposit operations. Strong technical and customer support skills. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Able to managing multiple competing priorities effectively.
