Moe’s Southwest Grill – CSG Restaurant Group – New Owner of Restaurant • Crew Member $14-$16 Per hour with Tipshare • Shift Leaders $15-$20 Per hour with Tipshare • Catering Drivers $40 per hour and up with Tipshare (Limited Hours Available) • Join the crew – get hours on schedule and if eligible to deliver caterings, you make $35.00 for each delivery taken. GUEST SERVICE • Interact with guests in a pleasant and upbeat fashion. • Say “Welcome to Moe's” with enthusiasm and positive energy. • Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and above all, honest! • Create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and "Awesomeness". PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS • Self-discipline, initiative, outgoing with good interpersonal skills • Pleasant, polite manner with a neat, clean appearance. • Must possess good communication skills. • Ability to effectively multi-task. WORKING CONDITIONS • Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting items and supplies weighing 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion. • Work with hot, cold and hazardous restaurant equipment. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Reports to General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Leaders. • Completes job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with all policies and procedures. • Maintains a harmonious working environment that will maximize morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness. • Always be a positive representative of CSG Restaurants in the community. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
