Full Description

Job Summary CSD Environmental Services, Inc. is a provider of environmental consulting / engineering services, as well as civil and environmental contracting in the Midwest. CSD is currently seeking an experienced environmental Project Manager to join our Glenarm, Illinois office. Occasional travel throughout Illinois will be required. Experience with leaking underground storage tank projects and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments is preferred. This position comes with the opportunity for upward mobility with quality performance. Responsibilities • Conduct data collection activities including site assessments and environmental sampling to inform project decisions. • Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies (such as Illinois EPA), and stakeholders to ensure project compliance with environmental laws and permitting requirements. • Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and environmental assessments in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining budget control and resource allocation. • Preparation of work plans, budgets and reimbursement requests • Completion of site-specific risk assessments Skills / Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or Physical Science • 3 years experience working with Illinois environmental regulations / projects • OSHA 40 hr. HAZWOPER training and annual refresher training • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Adobe Acrobat • AutoCAD Lt (preferred) • Valid Illinois Driver's License • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
