Role Overview The Manager, Compliance – Policy Governance plays a critical role in shaping and advancing the organization’s enterprise policy governance framework. This position is responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures are thoughtfully designed, consistently maintained, and clearly communicated in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational priorities. Through collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, this role drives policy excellence, promoting consistency, transparency, and adherence to governance standards. As a key member of the Compliance Policy Governance Team, this role is instrumental in developing strong policies and procedures that enable the organization to operate with integrity and confidence. Duties and Responsibilities Policy Development & Maintenance Draft, review, and enhance policies and procedures to meet regulatory and organizational standards Proactively identify gaps, recommend enhancements, and evaluate regulatory requirements, risks, and existing controls Ensure Compliance‑owned documents remain accurate, current, and aligned with evolving processes Collaborate with the Compliance Training Team to support effective policy coverage through training Support managing and updating company policy and procedure documentation Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Coordinate policy deliverables and facilitate stakeholder review and feedback Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and tailored to target audiences Advise and guide policy owners on governance requirements and documentation standards Governance Initiatives & Standards Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of policy governance initiatives, including: Driving consistency through the development and adoption of standardized policy formats and templates Supporting harmonization across U.S. and non‑U.S./entity‑specific policy versions Creating policy governance job aids, process documentation, and user guides that enable the development of compliant, well‑structured policy documents Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen policy governance practices across regions and business areas Project & Program Support Independently plan, manage, and deliver projects within established timeframes Manage end-to-end policy workflows from draft through final approval, including information gathering, stakeholder coordination, and approval tracking Execute team-based projects and other initiatives in support of the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance leadership, advancing departmental goals and priorities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience developing and managing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks Strong communication, writing, editing, and project management skills Solid understanding of global compliance requirements and regional regulatory differences Exceptional organization and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in various positions and regions Foundational knowledge of AI concepts, awareness of related risks, and commitment to responsible, ethical AI use Ability to: Manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting demands, meet deadlines, and anticipate conflicts Communicate complex concepts clearly and edit documents for clarity, structure, and precision Build collaborative relationships and exercise sound judgment in problem‑solving Learn quickly, apply new knowledge, and incorporate feedback constructively Support the development of compliance infrastructure Work effectively both independently and in team environments Experience 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate/regulatory compliance, technical documentation, and global compliance policy initiatives Education Bachelor’s degree required Benefits and Perks We value the total wellbeing of our people – including health, financial, personal and social wellness. Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $110,500-$136,500. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time.
