Description CSA Partners is a leading provider of cost segregation services, helping commercial property owners maximize tax savings through accelerated depreciation. Our team of experts specializes in identifying and reclassifying personal property assets to shorten the depreciation time for taxation purposes, resulting in significant tax benefits for our clients. The Position We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work environment, with hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience and a track record of delivering custom software end to end. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining applications and integrations that serve multiple departments across the organization, with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse at the center of our sales and operations data. As a key contributor on a small team, you'll own features from requirements through production, influence design decisions, and help shape how we use AI-assisted development and AI agents to directly impact business outcomes. What You Will Do: • Develop user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and ReactJS for both internal and external customers. • Design intuitive front-end solutions to improve workflows for Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. • Build, support, and extend C#/.NET APIs to support front-end features and enable seamless data exchange across systems, including Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. • Ensure front-end performance, accessibility, and scalability. • Design and manage database schemas and queries for SQL and NoSQL systems to optimize data flow. • Deploy and maintain applications using Azure App Service and other cloud-based tools, using Azure DevOps for source control, work tracking, and CI/CD pipelines. • Own features end to end, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, working within Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices. • Design, build, and support Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, including Dataverse tables and security roles, model-driven apps, plug-ins, JavaScript form scripting, Power Automate flows, and integrations through the Dataverse Web API. • Build and maintain AI integrations, agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect AI assistants to our CRM data and business systems, with appropriate security and access controls. • Use AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code and Claude Design, to speed up prototyping, development, testing, and documentation while maintaining code quality and review standards. • Support other team members to promote a culture of learning and collaboration. • Performs other related duties as assigned What You Bring: • 3–5+ years of professional full stack software development experience across front-end, back-end, and database layers. • Demonstrated experience delivering custom software solutions end to end, from gathering requirements through design, build, deployment, and support, ideally in a small team wearing multiple hats. • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS. • Proficiency in C#/.NET and RESTful API development. • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL database systems. • Experience deploying and maintaining software in cloud environments, particularly Azure. • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile development practices. • 2+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse development, including customizations, plug-ins, Power Automate, and integrations (required). • Strong understanding of software release processes and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-departmental stakeholders. Preferred / Nice to have: • Experience building MCP servers, AI agents, or LLM-powered integrations (a significant plus). • Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, or similar (preferred, not required). • Broader Power Platform experience, such as Power Apps or Power BI, or a Microsoft certification such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer). • Experience with NPM and front-end build tools. • Familiarity with API security best practices. • Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to contribute to design discussions. • Previous experience developing tools or solutions for Operations, Customer Success, Sales, or Finance teams. • Familiarity with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform application development.
