Jobübersicht: Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, the Digital Product Manager embraces industry trends, emerging technology, and the needs of a changing work environment to deliver innovative solutions to help drive digital transformation across the organization. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for managing digital products in various development stages. They work with internal and external stakeholders to identify market needs and develop effective digital solutions to help transform the organization. This position has a strong business and technology orientation and maintains a close relationship with internal and external partners. The Digital Product Manager works closely with the manager to support the development of a multi-year strategic plan for their technology product and the product development and roll-out activities, proactively resolving issues, and ensuring the successful launch of products. The Product Manager must possess a unique blend of leadership, marketing, business, and technical savvy. They will be accountable for delivering results, including promoting the use and application of new digital solutions. The role excels in collaborating with internal and external experts, ensuring the “voice of stakeholder” is embedded into end-to-end processes and products. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborates with the manager to identify digital product development opportunities that relate to digital transformation to create new business and drive operational efficiencies. Support the definition of a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital products and works closely with stakeholders within digital and the rest of the organization. Lead multiple problem discoveries at any time to understand stakeholder/end-user needs, current challenges and work closely with design and development partners to come up with solutions. Use data to drive decisions. Build hypothesis, test & iterate to formulate an agile product development approach. Collaborates with manager to define clear outcomes and goals for each initiative with associated KPIs/Metrics to ensure success and alignment with the overall vision and strategy. Build and effectively manage relationships across the organization to respond to and understand their ongoing needs and ensure that the strategic direction aligns with the direction for our Innovation team. Partner with marketing teams to define effective go-to-market plans for product launches. Evangelize the product - share success stories and new product launches through effective release notes and demos. Provides market and competitive analysis to manager to identify future opportunities of growth for their product; establish self as a subject matter expertise Understands and keeps up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and innovative solutions, especially in the artificial intelligence and machine learning space. Understand how the organization’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Understands the industry landscape and how CSA Group products compare to competitive offerings. Collaborates across Standards and Technology to achieve CSA’s strategic objectives. Maintains relationships with external technology providers to ensure CSA can effectively maintain visibility of, and leverage, technology advancements. Represents CSA Group professionally to external audiences and develops long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Supports the annual business planning and monthly revenue/cost forecasting; provides corrective actions to manager, as required, to address potential shortfalls Works with the digital product development team to ensure that new and revised products are delivered on time and meet contract requirements. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of digital or emerging technology (AI/ML) product management experience. Strong verbal and written skills including the ability to present to senior leaders. Ability to research, propose, and execute effective digital product plans. Proven project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects. Digital Product management certification and industry experience an asset. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills The typical hiring range for this position is $98,490 - $129,270 CAD gross annually. The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as education, licenses, certifications and experience. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
