About the role As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing electrical projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality and safety. What you'll do Lead and manage electrical projects of varying sizes and complexity. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and addressing concerns proactively. Allocate and manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. Oversee subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project requirements and safety standards. Identify and resolve resource constraints or conflicts. Develop and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize project profitability. Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety protocols on all project sites. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain a focus on quality assurance, monitoring workmanship and materials. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement risk management plans to minimize disruptions and delays. Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project records. Provide regular project updates to company leadership. Qualifications Required Skills, Experience, and Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
