Following consistent annual growth of 70–80% and with even more ambitious plans ahead, we are expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Junior Recruiter to help drive our continued success. We consider candidates from anywhere in the world! Responsibilities Support the recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level roles under the guidance of senior team members. Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and gather missing information. Help create and update interview questions, scoring sheets, and test assignments when needed. Conduct initial screening calls following structured scripts and evaluation checklists. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of candidate records in the ATS (Workable). Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and support candidates throughout the hiring process. Prepare regular reports and assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment. Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements when assigned. Analytical mindset: Ability to review hiring data, notice simple patterns, and support improvements in the recruitment process. Language skills: English at B2–C1 level; Russian is a plus. Work approach: Organized, detail-oriented, able to work with urgency and follow established processes. Relevant experience: 6+ months of hands-on recruitment experience OR 1–2 years as an HR Assistant with partial involvement in sourcing, screening, or interview coordination. Experience with global or international hiring environments is an advantage, but not required. Previous exposure to an ATS or HR systems is a plus.
