7-10 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in supervisory roles, with proven B2B/B2C sales within the US market, and experience in managing CRM systems.
We are currently seeking a Head of Sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset. Responsibilities (EST Time Zone - NY) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales; Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management; Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets; Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise; Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities; Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth; Market analysis. 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role; Proven B2B/B2C sales experience is required; Proven experience in sales within the United States market; Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory; Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar); Experience in building a sales department from the ground up; Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software; Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast; Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration; Results-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change.
