PAY ONLY ON W-2. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU WANT CASH PAY. PAYMENT SCHEDULE IS BI-WEEKLY (EVERY OTHER WEEK). MUST HAVE DRIVER LICENSE. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH. MUST HAVE RELIABLE VEHICLE. MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE. JOB IS ANYTIME AFTER 6:15PM AND LOCATED IN WESTFIELD/GARWOOD AREA. Responsibilities: - Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and guidelines - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Vacuum and mop floors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas - Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly - Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor Experience: - Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail - Good time management skills Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
