We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, individual who's ready to take on challenges head first. The maintenance and improvement facility and equipment is central to our ability to create, produce and deliver at the level required by our customers. We need team members who thrive on seeing every part of the operation perform at its peak. Job Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment including sewing machines, CNC machines, pneumatic presses, hydraulic presses, etc. • Coordinate and communicate with machine and parts vendors • Identify and keep inventory of critical spare parts for key production equipment • Implement maintenance schedule for production equipment to prevent unplanned downtime • Maintain accurate maintenance records and files related to the equipment • Conduct repairs and implement improvements around the facility • General duties include electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, cleaning and landscaping Required Experience & Qualifications • 5 years experience in a maintenance or mechanic role • Demonstrated ability to work safely and independently in an industrial environment • General plumbing and electrical knowledge • Good ability to communicate and collaborate with internal team members and external resources • Should have: • advanced carpentry, machining, welding, plumbing, electrical, or fabrication skills • experience with sewing machines • experience with CNC machines • experience with hydraulic presses Company DescriptionThe Company Crye Precision has been designing and manufacturing apparel and equipment for America's fighting forces as well as domestic and international law enforcement groups for over 20 years.
