At Crunchtime, you will drive the strategic growth of our Operations Execution platform, leading bold product innovations that help restaurant chains optimize their businesses at scale. You'll be at the forefront of transforming how restaurants execute operations, working directly with customers in the field while steering our platform toward aggressive expansion. We are looking for a customer-centric, data-driven, and outcome-oriented Product Manager to join our product team and drive growth. At Crunchtime, being a Product Manager means: Driving the success of your product with customers. Ensuring your product is growing revenue and provides good returns. Being product obsessed, a high degree of customer empathy, avid learner, active and influential communicator, systems thinking, analytical and data-informed decision-maker, having clear ownership, great attention to detail, working shoulder to shoulder with Engineering and UX Design. Focus on customer and product discovery while driving execution. Being part of cross-functional teams with members from Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Sales and Design where each team has clear OKRs that they are responsible for. Responsibilities: Drive aggressive growth strategy to rapidly scale our market-leading platform across all restaurant chain segments Pioneer breakthrough features through bold experimentation and direct customer discovery in restaurant environments Build personal relationships with customers to gain deep understanding of their Jobs to be Done, pain points and goals Lead competitive innovation by identifying and capturing emerging market trends before competitors Assist with the development and execution of the product vision and strategy Define and analyze growth metrics to inform product success Required Skills and Abilities: Experience building and iterating products with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate customer problems to solve. Systems thinking and analytical mindset to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative feedback. Experience using customer and product discovery frameworks such as, but not limited to: User Story Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping and Jobs to be Done. Ability to engage directly in technical conversations and translate to a non-technical audience. Preferred Skills: Experience growing ARR of SaaS B2B products. Experience in restaurant technology. Domain experience in food service, food safety, QSR/FSR, retail operations, operations research or related fields.
