cruiter.ai is a fully automated lead gen and sales intelligence tool that identifies companies’ tech stacks and similar companies and then automatically email the decision makers with hyper personal messages. We utilize both publicly available data as well as our proprietary database of over 40M IT workers in our prediction With massive amount of data and numerous data projects, we are looking for someone who really loves data and problem solving. You will use Python to work on various data, data science, machine learning, and AI projects and tasks such as vectorization vector database, RAG, data science, and GenAI. REQUIREMENT You should have solid experience with Python. Experiences with data science, machine learning, LLM, vector database, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS EC2 would be nice to have. But the most critical things to have are: • Intellectual curiosity • Ownership • Communications We are a bootstrapping startup. Lots of cool things to do. But that means this is not a compensated role. And while this is a remote role, we will only consider those in the US/Canada. Commitment: about 12-15 hours/week for 12 weeks.
