Full Description

Role Overview As an Executive Manager, you will oversee regional managers, ensuring that their pods and teams consistently hit quotas. This is a high-level leadership role — you’ll be responsible for performance, training accountability, reporting, and scaling strategy across hundreds of sourcing reps. Unlike traditional management, Executive Managers are also active producers: you’ll still source deals yourself while earning override commissions from all the teams under your leadership. Responsibilities • Oversee 2–3 Regional Managers and their pods of sourcing teams (hundreds of reps). • Review performance reports and provide guidance to regional leadership. • Hold weekly leadership meetings and training syncs. • Mentor managers in sales strategies, quota accountability, and sourcing methods. • Personally close at least 1 sourcing contract per month to maintain quota. • Report directly to the company owner. Qualifications • 2+ years of leadership experience (sales, recruiting, or real estate sourcing preferred). • Proven success managing managers and large teams. • Strong communication and training skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Compensation • This is a *commission + override role * • Personal Quota: 1 contract/month • Overrides: ~1% of all revenue generated by reps under your leadership.
