Commercial Construction Project Manager Location: Spring, TX Travel: As needed About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality construction projects in both the private sector and at the State, Local, and Federal levels. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage all phases of construction — from pre-construction estimating and budgeting through project closeout — ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion. • Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and bids. • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and communication throughout each project. • Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts; manage change orders and pay applications. • Ensure all work meets company quality standards, project specifications, and safety codes. • Conduct OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and provide progress updates. • Collaborate with the Superintendent, and subcontractors to develop, monitor, and update project schedules. • Manage project documentation, permits, and inspections. • Promote and enforce job site safety to meet or exceed OSHA standards. • Oversee full project closeout including punch walks, final payments, and delivery of closeout documentation. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience. • Strong estimating skills for commercial projects. • Experience managing private, state, and federal construction projects. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and construction management platforms (Procore or BuilderTrend preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related field — or equivalent experience. • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
