Join Our Team at Crown Staffing – 3rd Shift Supervisor in Hebron, KY! Crown Staffing is excited to be partnering with a leading company in Hebron, KY, to find a dedicated and experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to join their team. If you are looking for an opportunity to lead and make an impact in a dynamic warehouse environment, this position could be the perfect fit for you! Hours: 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM Pay: $26+ DOE Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and mentor your team to meet productivity and efficiency goals • Conduct accuracy and quality audits by verifying product quantity and quality • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational challenges • Provide training and cross-training to new employees in various job functions • Participate in daily huddle meetings and weekly leadership meetings • Document coaching and development conversations to ensure employee growth • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication and strong company standards • Ensure workplace safety by teaching and exemplifying safety protocols • Be available for occasional Saturdays as part of a management rotation and overtime during peak periods Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • 3+ years of people management experience, preferably in a warehouse setting • Detail-oriented and highly accurate • Ability to hold team members accountable while fostering a positive work environment • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on engaging employees in a welcoming and constructive manner If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment and help lead a dedicated team, apply now!
