Customer Service Representative at Travel Agency compensation: Starting at $19 per hour employment type: Full-time job title: Customer Service Representative At Crown Cruise Vacations, we are committed to offering the world's most inspiring, life-enriching travel experience. We pride ourselves on identifying the importance of travel. We are currently looking to expand our customer service team. Duties Included: - Answering incoming calls - Assists in administrative tasks including filing, client folder maintenance, and data entry of client records. - Assisting Travel Advisors with their Clients - Provide customer service, assuring customers are satisfied and will return for additional business. Experience: - Customer service preferred - Basic Computer Skills - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and travel partners via phone & emails - Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment - Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
