Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers • Oversee global strategy and revenue performance of portfolio of products, services and solutions • Conducting quarterly performance reviews and align market growth tactics with short and long term strategic organic and inorganic business objectives. • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, providing the resources, tools, and coaching needed to deliver 20%+ annual improvements in team productivity and project success rates. • Partner with the VP of Product Management & Marketing and executive stakeholders to cascade strategic priorities, ensuring all initiatives support Crown Bioscience's mission in advancing preclinical oncology solutions. • Drive end-to-end execution of go-to-market strategies and product portfolio roadmaps, achieving on-time launches for at least 80% of initiatives while aligning with executive-defined milestones and revenue targets (e.g., 15% YoY growth in service uptake). • Prioritize and oversee product/service development (e.g., PDX models, omics datasets), utilizing agile methodologies to accelerate decision-making and incorporate customer feedback for market-fit validation. • Lead competitive intelligence efforts, synthesizing market data, oncology trends (e.g., FDA 2.0 NAMs adoption), and SWOT analyses to deliver quarterly strategic recommendations that inform portfolio optimization and risk mitigation. • Integrate product efforts with business development and sales, co-creating value propositions that enhance deal closure rates by 25% through targeted bundling of preclinical services and data assets. • Oversee digital solutions strategy, including AI-driven tools (e.g., predictive analytics, risk forecasting) and client portals like CrownLink, ensuring unified roadmaps that boost adoption, compliance (e.g., EU AI Act), and 20%+ improvements in client experience metrics. • Champion innovation in digital commercialization, guiding cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on client-centric features, measuring ROI through KPIs like reduced inquiry timelines and enhanced lead conversion. • Direct the creation of compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging for Crown Bioscience's preclinical services, ensuring global consistency while tailoring to regional needs (e.g., EU regulatory nuances). • Collaborate with regional commercial teams to deploy data-driven marketing campaigns that boost sales pipeline velocity, targeting a 30% increase in qualified leads from oncology-focused biotechs through onshore focused efforts. • Guarantee scientific integrity in all marketing collateral and sales enablement tools by partnering with R&D and scientific communications, including peer reviews for claims on model efficacy and biomarker data. • Orchestrate cross-functional execution plans that synchronize product launches with marketing and sales rhythms, measuring success via KPIs like time-to-market and customer acquisition cost reductions. • Forge strategic partnerships across R&D, operations, commercial, and marketing to align on portfolio enhancements, such as integrating AI-driven bioinformatics into service offerings for seamless customer workflows. • Elevate customer engagement by co-leading sales-scientific interactions, developing unified messaging that positions Crown Bioscience as a trusted partner in preclinical oncology innovation. • Establish scalable best practices for team operations, including KPI dashboards (e.g., NPS, pipeline velocity) and reporting cadences, providing executive leadership with real-time visibility and actionable insights.
