The role involves managing project schedules, tracking risks, facilitating communication, and mentoring junior coordinators to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities • Assist in the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against key milestones • Track and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items to ensure resolution • Support configuration, metrics creation, dashboard reporting, and sprint build-outs • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and manage follow-up actions • Prepare and distribute detailed project status reports and executive summaries • Maintain organized project documentation, ensuring accessibility to team members and stakeholders • Coordinate testing, audits, and sprint closures in collaboration with technical and functional teams • Monitor resource availability and allocation to ensure efficient utilization across projects • Support client engagement by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and documenting feedback • Mentor junior project coordinators and provide guidance on project tools, templates, and best practices • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in project delivery Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field • 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within ERP or large-scale technology implementations • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, clients, and team members • Proven ability to manage RAID logs, facilitate audits, and support quality assurance • Project Management certification (CAPM or equivalent) • Prior experience in consulting or professional services • Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) Benefits • Comprehensive total rewards package Company Overview • Crowe LLP is a public accounting, consulting, and technology firm.
