CrowdVolt is rebuilding the infrastructure for live events, starting with a marketplace for raves and electronic dance music. We graduated from Y Combinator last year and since have raised a $2M+ seed round. CrowdVolt has been growing rapidly. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities Support daily operations by coordinating logistics and supporting customers. Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Maintain accurate records of transactions, third-party inventory, and operational processes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and operational changes. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is preferred. Experience in an operations or administrative role is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.
