As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you. About the Role: The IT department at CrowdStrike is at the forefront of enabling our company's rapid growth and technological innovation. We are looking for a Sr AI Product Designer to define how AI-powered solutions are experienced — from the look and feel to the interaction design that makes them effective, intuitive, and trusted. This role is about more than designing a chatbot that “just answers questions.” It’s about shaping end-to-end AI experiences that feel natural and valuable to the people using them — whether that’s employees leveraging internal tools or customers engaging with AI-powered agents. You will collaborate closely with teams across Customer Success, Engineering, Legal, IT, Marketing, and more. What You'll Do: Design AI-powered experiences: Own the UX of AI agents such as customer success agents, internal copilots, and workflow assistants. Translate business goals and AI capabilities into user journeys that are seamless, engaging, and trustworthy. Create interaction patterns & visuals: Define the look, feel, and behavior of AI agents. Explore conversation flows, interface states, and visual cues that make interactions with AI clear, human-centered, and contextually appropriate. Prototype & test: Build prototypes that bring AI concepts to life. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine interactions and ensure experiences deliver real value. Embed responsible AI into design: Translate governance requirements and safety standards into design patterns that minimize risk while promoting transparency, trust, and accessibility. Collaborate on AI initiatives: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to ensure design is central to AI rollouts — from initial concept to adoption. Provide UX leadership on communication, enablement materials, and training to support launches. Advance AI design practices: Contribute to internal design systems, toolkits, and knowledge hubs that establish best practices for AI experiences. Share expertise and mentor colleagues in applying UX design principles to emerging AI use cases. What You'll Need: 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows, conversational interfaces, or enterprise-scale digital products. Expertise in UX for AI/ML applications: Familiarity with designing for AI-powered interactions, conversational design, or agent-based experiences. End-to-end design skills: Strength in both interaction design and visual design, with the ability to bring concepts to life through polished prototypes and clear storytelling. User research capability: Experience planning and conducting research to inform design decisions, especially for novel or ambiguous problem spaces. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts: Comfort translating AI functionality and limitations into meaningful user-facing experiences. Governance-aware design mindset: Understanding of responsible AI principles and ability to design within regulated or sensitive contexts. Collaboration & communication: Strong ability to align stakeholders around design solutions and advocate for user experience throughout the product lifecycle. Adaptability: Comfort working in fast-evolving environments, iterating quickly as both AI capabilities and business needs change. #LI-RC1 #LI-Remote #LI-KM1 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Remote-friendly and flexible work culture Market leader in compensation and equity awards Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge Paid parental and adoption leaves Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections Vibrant office culture with world class amenities Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Expected Close Date of Job Posting is:12-14-2025 CrowdStrike was founded in 2011 to fix a fundamental problem: The sophisticated attacks that were forcing the world’s leading businesses into the headlines could not be solved with existing malware-based defenses. Founder George Kurtz realized that a brand new approach was needed — one that combines the most advanced endpoint protection with expert intelligence to pinpoint the adversaries perpetrating the attacks, not just the malware. There’s much more to the story of how Falcon has redefined endpoint protection but there’s only one thing to remember about CrowdStrike: We stop breaches.
