The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:As a CrowdStrike Services Operations Analyst, Partner Services you will provide critical support to the Professional Services team. CrowdStrike works with a number of partners to deliver high quality services to our customers. In this role, you will run the daily operations of our growing Professional Services partner business and help to drive the planning and execution of select internal projects to mature the business.What You'll Do: Create purchase requestions and manage follow up for all professional services partner requestionsManage subcontractor billing and reconciliation of subcontractor invoices vs. project budgetManage requests from Sales and Service delivery teams to develop subcontractor Statements of Work and task ordersManage submission of subcontractor timecards and partner with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of hoursAssist with onboarding new vendors for Professional ServicesCollaborate with CrowdStrike Legal, Procurement, InfoSec and Services Delivery on project delivery and manage the administrative scope of projectsDrive team members to complete assigned tasks, provide project status updates on a regular basis, and escalate issues or obstacles related to project completionMay support process improvement efforts and system automation efforts within CrowdStrike's Services business related to subcontractorsWhat You'll Need: 2-4 years experience in an operations or business analysis roleBachelor's preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related fieldDemonstrated project management experienceAbility to interact professionally, harmoniously, and productively with internal team members at all levelsMust work effectively at a distanceStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at onceExcellent problem-solving skills#LI-RC2#LI-Remote Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Remote-friendly and flexible work cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
