Description: • Manage and maintain our core marketing technology platforms, including RainFocus, Vidyard, Bright Talk, Integrate, Zoom Webinars, Zuddl, and other essential tools. • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot issues related to our martech stack, ensuring seamless operation for marketing teams. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and resources for marketers on the effective use of marketing technology platforms. • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and optimizing workflows to maximize the value of our martech investments. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the marketing technology landscape, particularly in the realm of AI. • Proactively identify and recommend new martech solutions and features that can enhance our marketing capabilities and efficiency. • Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective integration of marketing technologies. • Contribute to the development and documentation of martech processes, policies, and governance.
