About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Federal Civilian Sales Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing team of Sales Engineers supporting our U.S. Federal Civilian business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding technical pre-sales efforts, mentoring engineering talent, and driving solution alignment across a portfolio of federal customers. The manager will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Threat Intelligence teams to ensure our platform aligns with federal mission requirements, acquisition strategies, and compliance frameworks. Success in this role requires a strong mix of technical depth, public sector experience, and people leadership. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the federal market, a track record of leading a technical team, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do: You should be able to articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed, and why they are failing. You will lead a team of Enterprise Sales Engineers who are responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with a next-generation endpoint technology. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $135,000 - $205,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
