What You’ll Do: Develop the overall AR plan and strategy, gain consensus from key stakeholders and execute successfully across the analyst community resulting in influential leadership across the entirety of our portfolio. Build, mentor and grow a world class AR team globally. Lead our relationships and all interactions with all key industry analyst firms and influencers. Successfully manage all AR engagements by providing the proper executive level participation and help build and develop internal spokespeople in order to scale our program globally. Drive and improve our relationships with top analysts and influencers to ensure they understand our corporate vision, strategy, value proposition as well as product strategy and more. Develop any necessary AR content, including briefing documents, messaging, competitive positioning, rebuttals and responses to analyst queries and any escalations as required. Constantly stay up to speed on analyst and industry research, drive internal knowledge sharing, and work closely across product marketing and product management to incorporate analyst feedback and research findings into our product messaging and positioning. What You’ll Need: Minimum of 15+ years of experience leading global AR at a market leading cybersecurity company. Broad and deep relationships with key analysts across all relevant firms and markets. Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with industry analysts at leading research firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) across global markets Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic analyst relations programs that drive business impact Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively across all organizational levels, including executive leadership Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing complex analyst relations initiatives and deliverables Results-driven mindset with proven ability to effectively advocate for company positions and optimize analyst engagement opportunities. Highly-proactive, self-starter capable of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects across a range of product lines. Passionate about cybersecurity, intensity in your work, and the ability to deliver in the face of any challenge that arises Strong ability for cross-functional collaboration and comfort in the spotlight of high-visibility initiatives working with VP and C-Level audiences. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $190,000 - $285,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
