With each commit, youāre helping to shape a world where wellbeing, resilience, and biophilia are mainstream. š The Mission: Why This Role Matters Imagine a future where a simple app guides people away from chronic stress and screen addiction and into urban parks, forests, beaches, and community green spaces. Nature Counter is designed to be a āstep counter for time in nature.ā Scientific literature shows that at least 120 minutes per week immersed in nature can significantly reduce stress, depression, and blood pressureāand boost cognitive functioning, creativity, and sleep.
