Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree and some sales experience, preferably in B2B or medical sales with hospital or office sales exposure.
Surgical Associate Sales Rep - $130K -$140,000 at plan first year (Salary + Quarterly Bonus) Location: Greater Houston and Austin/San Antonio (4-6 nights of strategic travel/mo. on average) Working with a senior territory manager to drive the adoption and sale of new surgical procedure. Calling on orthopedics and hand surgeons in the hospital and the office. This is a new disruptive therapy with very little competition. Managing existing business, driving new business, and helping with referral marketing. --> This in NOT an "on call" position nor does it require extensive case coverage. • Car allowance • Full Health Insurance Benefits • 401K • Fuel / car reimbursement • Stock Options (Equity) OPPORTUNITY FOR PROMOTION to PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT - $250,000 IDEAL CANDIDATE (meets some of the following profiles) … • 2 + years of sales experience in B2B or lite medical • Hospital or office sales (or sales support) experience • Associate rep or clinical rep that has covered surgical or office-based procedures • Acumen with cold calling, hunting, or driving business as part of a team • B2B sales background, sales training in highly technical product line • Knowledge of physician referral marketing, market development, office calls • Orthopedic experience in NOT a requirement MUST HAVE: 4-year bachelor’s degree, some sales experience
