What You Will Be Doing • Serve as a mentor to K-8 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits • Leverage AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms to tailor individual educational journeys—students move forward at their own speed while you facilitate exploration • Create and deliver life-skills workshops covering topics such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration to equip students for long-term achievement • Cultivate an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—support students in recognizing their talents and passions Basic Requirements Youth Program Director key responsibilities • Bachelor's degree in any field • Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven experience engaging and energizing audiences • Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8 • 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children • Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship • Availability to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ • Capacity to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom? The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
