Manage full recruitment cycle to recruit 50 AI Engineer interns from Stanford and MIT, including outreach, event logistics, and candidate conversion.
At least 1 year of college recruiting or admissions experience, success in high-volume outreach, strong communication and organizational skills, US-based with frequent travel to Stanford and MIT.
WARNING: This is not a conventional recruiting role. Crossover is seeking a college recruiter to identify and secure the next 50 Alpha AI Engineer Interns: top-tier undergraduates from Stanford and MIT, prepared to dedicate their summer to building with generative AI. Your mission? Fill that cohort. Quickly. You'll manage the complete recruitment cycle: from cultivating relationships and coordinating event logistics to executing high-volume outreach and converting candidates. You'll need to operate with startup agility, think like a talent strategist, and perform like a sales executive. This isn't about polished networking dinners or promotional giveaways. It's about delivering results: 50 students, summer 2026, Austin, TX. You'll have everything you need — independence, funding, defined objectives — with complete accountability. This position is ideal for someone who embraces difficult challenges, takes ownership of their results, and knows precisely how to identify and secure elite CS talent.
