Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossover is seeking a full-stack engineer to enhance product operations and workflow automation. The role focuses on maintaining system stability, improving marketing attribution infrastructure, and automating processes to support growth and marketing efforts. Responsibilities • Core System Maintenance: Understand the architecture, troubleshoot defects, and perform QA and release validation • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and sustain marketing attribution and tracking infrastructure with Meta Pixel and Google Tags • Automation: Create scripts and monitoring dashboards, maximizing the transfer of workload to automated processes • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and improve Webflow and related marketing properties • Empower Growth and Product teams to work faster and more effectively by enhancing conversion visibility and minimizing operational overhead Skills • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node • Working knowledge of Firebase and the Google Cloud stack Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
