Basic Requirements • Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bathesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA) • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field • Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities with experience building, directing, and inspiring high-performing teams • Background working with youth aged 5-18 in educational or developmental settings • Competency in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement • Legal authorization to work in the United States About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom? The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
