Your role: create and facilitate workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in expanding that model to campuses nationwide. This role isn't about administrative lesson planning. It's about evidence-based instruction, technology partnership, and constructing a reading system that serves thousands of students effectively. What You Will Be Doing • Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities • Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks • Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns • Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes • Building scalable, AI-enhanced materials that enable early elementary students to reach grade-level reading proficiency Basic Requirements Instructional Coach key responsibilities • Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent) • Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions with early elementary students • Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula • Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement within them • Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship • Prepared to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
