What You Will Be Doing • Creating district-level implementation strategies that maximize uptake of our MTSS framework • Tracking rollout progress and reviewing student achievement data to confirm districts meet their objectives What You Won’t Be Doing • Building bespoke one-time solutions rather than deploying our validated, uniform methodology • Concentrating on ongoing account maintenance instead of ensuring successful implementation • Drowning in clerical tasks rather than producing tangible results • Serving just one district when you could be rolling out solutions across numerous school systems Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities Drive transformative student outcomes by guiding districts through successful deployment of our AI-powered MTSS framework, ensuring measurable gains in learning performance. Basic Requirements • A minimum of 2 years in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership positions (such as MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator) • Proven ability to analyze student performance data and deliver actionable recommendations • Based in the United States with availability to travel up to 30% for on-site training sessions • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship About Studient Studient is devoted to learning—and to transforming education for the 21st century. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
