Job Summary We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Operations Manager to support a dynamic, fast-paced leadership role. This person will serve as a strategic extension of the executive, balancing hands-on involvement in strategic cross-functional projects, ensuring key initiatives stay on track, and supporting administrative functions to move the work forward in the most efficient manner possible. This is not a traditional executive admin or project management role. It is for a highly driven, highly organized individual who enjoys complex task management and structure, but also wants visibility and input into business operations, decision-making, and high-priority initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details but is also hungry for context, influence, and responsibility. Responsibilities Strategic Project Support ● Join meetings, take notes, and follow through on action items ● Track and organize cross-functional projects—nothing falls through the cracks ● Build light-weight project plans, timelines, or status updates ● Help prepare materials for key meetings (decks, memos, summaries, etc) ● Conduct research, draft internal documents, and support decision-making with data Strategic Operations Support - As you demonstrate trust, judgment, and ownership, you'll have the opportunity to: ● Manage internal communications and operational cadences (e.g. weekly priorities, planning cycles, etc) ● Run point on special initiatives and cross-functional efforts ● Serve as liaison between the executive and stakeholders ● Proactively identify inefficiencies and design better workflows ● Shape your own role as a strategic thought partner Executive Leader Support ● Manage a complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and priorities ● Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and keep things moving smoothly ● Handle travel planning, expense reporting, and admin tasks with polish Requirements ● 4+ years of professional experience in executive support, operations, or healthcare program/project coordination — ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth, or complex environment. ● Proven success in managing executive calendars, meetings, and logistics while also owning cross-functional projects or workflows. ● Strong written and verbal communication; able to draft clear summaries, updates, and action items. ● Proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous environments and can anticipate needs before they arise. ● High emotional intelligence and discretion; able to navigate sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality The base pay range for this position is $103,414.00 to $139,610 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
