This enrollment role is not designed to maximize volume. It is designed to safeguard standards. 2 Hour Learning partners with families who require evidence, discretion, and precision. You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with the initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This role does not involve handoffs. You are accountable for the family's experience, the clarity of their understanding, and ensuring enrollment decisions are made for sound reasons. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate informed discussions, and recommend declining when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have personally overseen high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and accountability. This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided. What You Will Be Doing • Managing the entire enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through final onboarding. • Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess compatibility before offering solutions or advising on next actions. • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various stages of enrollment, maintaining clear tracking and timely follow-up. • Guiding campus visits, shadow day experiences, and enrollment discussions that transparently convey outcomes, expectations, and program suitability. • Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) up to date to enable accurate forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery. What You Won’t Be Doing • Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods. • Accepting misaligned families into the program just to meet enrollment targets. • Overseeing a large team or working through complex approval hierarchies. • Splitting ownership of the family relationship across multiple staff members. • Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based. Head Of Admissions Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls well-aligned families while preserving the quality and integrity of the 2 Hour Learning model. Basic Requirements • 3+ years providing high-touch, personalized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services). • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through successful onboarding. • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach. • Ability to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit. • Professional writing experience communicating with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients. • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; San Francisco, CA; Orange County, CA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; or Palm Beach, FL. • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Nice-to-have Requirements • Experience in selective private school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs. • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive-level support functions. • Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols. • Comfort leveraging data and CRM tools to enhance conversion quality, not merely conversion speed.
