What You Will Be Doing • Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—no traditional lectures, only impactful peer-level guidance • Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression • Facilitating small-group sessions centered on life skills development, leadership cultivation, and practical success frameworks • Supporting students in identifying personal strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized growth roadmaps • Participating in the continuous evolution of Alpha's educational approach by providing data, observations, and innovative recommendations Basic Requirements Education Coach key responsibilities • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Proven track record of exceptional achievement (such as top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.) • 3 years of hands-on experience working with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or teaching role • Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship • Availability to work onsite in Miami, FL; New York City, NY; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
