What You Will Be Doing • Serve as a mentor to K-8 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits • Leverage AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways—students advance at their individual pace while you facilitate discovery • Create and deliver life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success • Build a culture rooted in curiosity, ambition, and development—support students in recognizing their strengths and passions Basic Requirements Business Consultant key responsibilities • Bachelor's degree in any subject • Demonstrated public speaking ability with a proven capacity to captivate and energize audiences • Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8 • 3 year's experience coaching or mentoring children • Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship • Commitment to working on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ. • Availability to participate in a paid training program hosted at our Austin, TX campus About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom? The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
