Crossmark Global Investments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President (RVP), External Wholesaler to drive sales and increase assets under management in the South Territory (Texas and Oklahoma). Position Description/Background: As the RVP, you will be a key driver of our growth in critical territory. You will leverage your existing relationships and expertise to position our diverse product suite. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building meaningful connections and is a compelling storyteller, capable of articulating complex market concepts and our unique value proposition. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan, delivering impactful presentations, and achieving sales goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and RIAs across the South Territory (Texas and Oklahoma). Your goal is to not only grow your network, but to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities. • Actively engage with advisors through virtual meetings, in-person visits, and industry events. Provide them with timely sales ideas, product information, and market insights to drive new asset flows and retain existing business. • Articulate Crossmark's competitive advantages and investment philosophies through effective and engaging presentations to promote our full suite of products and services. • Create and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to maximize your effectiveness and market penetration within the territory. Qualifications: • Experience & Licensing: A bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 5+ years of successful external wholesaling experience. You must possess a Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses. • Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, strong territory management skills, and a history of successful business development across various advisor channels (Wirehouse, Regional, Independent, and RIA). • Market Knowledge & Skills: Deep understanding of capital markets and investment products (mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs). Superior communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities are essential. You must be highly organized, self-motivated, and have excellent time management skills. • Territory Presence: An established network of advisor relationships in the Texas market is highly preferred. • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (75%+) within the territory is required. Compensation: $100,000 Annual Base Salary + Commissions Job Type: Full-time
