The role involves translating project management knowledge into structured instructions and collaborating with AI researchers to enhance workflows. Responsibilities • Translate project management domain knowledge into clear, structured instructions such as SOPs, rubrics, and evaluation criteria • Design realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day project management workflows • Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and validate workflows for clarity, accuracy, and reproducibility • Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to ensure workflows can be operationalized within agent-based systems • Identify opportunities where AI systems can augment or replicate expert project management decision-making • Contribute structured human expertise that supports the development of next-generation AI systems Skills • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Project Management • Strong ability to explain complex processes in a clear, step-by-step, structured manner • Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment • Interest in applying professional expertise to cutting-edge AI research and development • Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
