The role involves creating structured tasks, translating engineering processes into documentation, and contributing insights to improve AI outputs while working independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities • Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common mechanical engineering scenarios and problem statements • Apply practical mechanical engineering knowledge to support AI research and evaluation workflows • Translate real-world engineering processes, calculations, and decision-making into clear documentation • Contribute domain-specific insights to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated outputs • Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and quality standards Skills • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution • Up to a Master's degree or up to 3 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree • Mid-career background in mechanical engineering or related fields • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity • Ability to clearly explain engineering concepts, workflows, and solutions • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
