Role Description • This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Loan Officer Assistant (Licensed) based in Roseville, CA. The Senior Loan Officer Assistant will support loan officers by preparing loan packages, collecting and reviewing documentation, communicating with clients, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth loan processing and facilitate an exceptional client experience. Timely follow-ups and efficient task management are critical in this role. We are on a collective mission to build a $500M branch. Qualifications • Experience in Mortgage Lending and knowledge of loan products, processes, guidelines, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Document Preparation, File Review, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy across loan files. • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, loan officers, and team members. • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. • Proficiency in using loan origination software systems and MS Office Suite. • Active Loan Officer Assistant license or ability to meet licensing requirements is required. • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. • Previous experience in the mortgage industry as an assistant or processor is highly desirable.
