An Associate's Degree or greater is preferred along with 3+ years of experience as an executive administrative assistant. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.

Position Overview: The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the branch, including duties such as calendar management, successful coordination of business meetings, and maintaining contact with all new clients. This role exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative needs while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Job Responsibilities: Manage the branch calendar and schedule a variety of business meetings. Handle all phone and electronic communication. Arrange travel and reservations for out-of-town employees, as needed. Compose well-organized, structured and grammatically accurate memos and emails. Use various software applications to keep the entire team informed on clients and deals, such as spreadsheets and relational databases. Maintain constant contact with clients to ensure that the appropriate documentation is being submitted. Handle gifting programs for the branch. Manage and maintain all marketing plans for the branch; assist with special events planning. Qualifications and Skills: Associates Degree or greater, preferred. 3+ years of experience as an executive administrative assistant at a management level setting. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
