We look forward to having you Hitch on and Prosper with us! Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing freight brokerage team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving opportunity-based sales quotas. This role focuses on identifying and closing new full truckload (FTL) customers and passing them to account managers for ongoing management. This position requires a strong understanding of FTL shipping, consultative sales techniques, and targeted outreach strategies. In this remote role, you’ll drive revenue growth by leveraging market opportunities in a dynamic freight market. Essential Job Duties • Conduct targeted outreach through cold-calling, email, and digital prospecting to generate and qualify leads. • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts. • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to improve volumes. • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches • Where possible, grow customers into a size that could be passed on to a Business Development Reps. • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects and customers. • Achieve revenue growth goals • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
