The Owner's Representative Project Manager (ORPM) is responsible for representing the client's interests throughout the entirety of the construction process. This role ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with the project team, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing oversight and managing all aspects of construction from the design phase through project closeout. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary liaison between the client and the construction team, ensuring the client's objectives, needs, and expectations are met. • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and goals. • Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues early and facilitating proactive solutions to mitigate risks. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring that the project stays on track financially and logistically. • Provide detailed reports to clients on project status, progress, and any potential challenges or changes. • Evaluate contractor performance and ensure that work complies with the project's specifications, regulations, and quality standards. • Foster effective communication between all project stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating collaboration. • Ensure all aspects of the construction project align with safety standards, codes, and regulations. Qualifications: • Strong experience in construction management and project oversight, preferably in an Owner's Rep capacity. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and legal requirements. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
