Position Overview: Integra is seeking a seasoned Director of Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. This role oversees the full lifecycle of development-from design coordination and construction oversight to commissioning and site readiness. The Director will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership • Own the end-to-end delivery of electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure systems across multiple data center projects. • Establish and enforce construction standards, best practices, and safety protocols to ensure operational excellence. • Serve as the primary executive liaison between design, engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. Project Execution • Coordinate design, construction, and commissioning activities to maintain scope, schedule, and budget integrity. • Oversee site readiness, including utility coordination, permitting, and compliance with local regulations. • Drive risk management strategies to proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve issues before they impact delivery. Operational Excellence • Champion quality assurance and continuous improvement across all phases of construction. • Ensure seamless handoff from construction to operations, enabling facilities to achieve full operational preparedness. • Implement metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance, progress, and financial accountability. Team Development • Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers, engineers, and technical staff. • Build and sustain a high-performing team culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation. • Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, retain, and develop top construction talent. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or complex industrial projects, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs. • Deep understanding of construction management, commissioning processes, and mission-critical facility requirements. • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and large programs with diverse stakeholders. • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives, partners, and field teams. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution. • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee projects across multiple geographies.
