Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Associate Director/Director to join our Health Care Provider (HCP) Marketing team in support of an upcoming product launch in Ulcerative Colitis. This role will be instrumental in driving KOL engagement, managing national and regional conferences, and executing both unbranded and branded speaker programs across live and virtual platforms. Primary Relationships: Within Cristcot, the Associate Director/Director of HCP Marketing will collaborate closely across all areas of Cristcot’s Commercial organization (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, etc.) as well as medical affairs with an emphasis on helping develop and deliver KOL engagement and conference execution for launch. Outside Cristcot, the Associate Director/Director of HCP Marketing will build strategic relationships with outside vendors to create and deliver full conference plans and KOL engagement strategies. The activities of the Associate Director/Director, HCP Marketing will include, but are not limited to: KOL Engagement Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy aligned with pre-launch and launch objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in gastroenterology. Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Field Teams to ensure coordinated KOL touchpoints Conference Planning & Execution Lead planning, coordination, and execution of major national and regional conferences. Manage booth presence, symposia, and ancillary events to maximize brand visibility and engagement. Oversee external agency and vendor relationships to support speaker programs, conference logistics and KOL engagements initiatives aligned to brand strategy, budget, and compliance requirements. Speaker Program Management Design and execute unbranded pre-launch speaker programs to educate and build awareness. Lead the development and rollout of branded launch speaker programs, including content creation, speaker training, and logistics. Manage both live and virtual event formats, ensuring high-quality HCP experiences. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of commercial pharma experience including significant HCP marketing experience. Experience planning and executing events (live and virtual) with excellence and attention to detail. Experience in GI or immunology therapeutic areas is a plus. Proven ability to build authentic, lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills that inspire, influence, and shift beliefs to support brand adoption. Strong project management capabilities with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering results. Passion for customer experience and a service-oriented mindset; someone our customers genuinely enjoy engaging with. Creative thinker who embraces innovation and isn’t afraid to try new approaches. Priority consideration will be given to applicants who reside within the Central and Eastern time zones. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to support conferences, speaker programs, and KOL engagements.
