Company Overview Crime Scene Cleaners, Inc. has been a trusted leader in the restoration industry since 1996, dedicated to helping home and business owners restore their properties after incidents involving contamination or damage caused by crime, accidents, or other factors. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Crime Scene Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will play a vital role in restoring contaminated properties, ensuring safety and cleanliness for our clients. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning and decontamination of crime scenes and accident sites using specialized techniques and equipment. • Utilize hand tools and power tools to safely remove hazardous materials. • Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. • Document all procedures and maintain detailed records of each job. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards. • Qualifications • MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND, NO CONVICTIONS due to contracts (DOJ will be run) • Physical ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks. -Be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods -Be able to work in tight areas (attic and crawl space) -Be able to bent, reach and lift 50 lbs.(Physical labor is required) • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Need to be 25 years old ( insurance requirement) and have a valid California driver's license with clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation to office for training. Work truck will be provided once trained and on shift. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
