Helps follow the training program for x-ray services and helps ensure staff is trained and comfortable in delivering excellent services. Also assists with other clinical training, as needed, for any and all CRH Healthcare locations. Must develop close relationships with the Director of Training, Operations Directors, clinical trainers and leads. Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a licensed Radiology Technologist (ARRT) that possesses a knowledge of urgent care procedures as well as a clinical knowledge of urgent care and family medicine services. Candidate must have a strong understanding of digital x-ray systems, PACS and related IT systems. Candidate must be able to train staff and conduct clinic audits. Solid communication skills, including presentation, verbal and written abilities are essential. Primary Job Duties: • Responsible for new hire training and continuous training of current employees • Manage the quality of work performed by staff • Provide communication and follow up to ensure staff is fully informed on all new information related to products and procedures • Ensure resources are available for all clinics and all proper procedures are performed daily • Work with Operations Directors, Director of Training and other leaders to develop specific training programs where needed • Assist with coordination of new radiology setup including compliance issues • Work with leadership in development, implementation, and maintain radiology compliance program. • Work with radiologists who perform over-reads to be liaison to all CRH clinics • Travel by car throughout region for training as required (mileage stipend is provided) Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: • Must hold an RT active license • Minimum of two years working at an urgent care or primary care practice • Previous clinical training experience required • Proficient with email, Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Strong understanding of PACS and IT related systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passionate about urgent care and family services
